The security and use of your data are critically important to protect.
We adhere to the highest security standards provided by our cloud hosting services. Additionally, while we retain processed data for your dashboard tracking and output, we do not store any raw audio or video data.
We also offer redaction and de-identification of processed data so that sensitive information like client or project names, numbers, and the like can easily be redacted at the data transmission stage.

The science behind Minerva
There's a lot of pseudo-science out there under the AI heading.
Minerva's solution is the brainchild of its psychologist CEO who has 30 years of experience in executive and team coaching and knows the difference between solid and fake science. As do the cadre of research advisors who have guided Minerva's founding team since 2019.

We know that "smoke and mirror" claims and features like using email data or sentiment analysis to predict personality characteristics are not supported by valid data.
